Healthy nutrition objectives

In order to teach all our community memebers some self-discipline skills and rebuild their injured body it is important to teach soem kitchen mastery skills. Therefore, every patient, receiving treatment in the community has to become a kitchen host. The rotation period is one week. This responsibility includes cooking and kitchen management. Food is delivered to the community once a week, and left to the kitchen master's discretion. He will decide on the menu. For many patiens it's very useful because in their earlier period of life they would not prepare food or eat properly. Meanwhile, wholesome nutrition necessary for the regeneration of emaciated bodies, which takes up to 5-7 months. In carrying out the duties of the kitchen master patient can no longer afford irresponsible attitude at nutrition, as food is being served to the entire community. He can not avoid this responsibility and his work quality and motivation become obvious  to the whole community. In addition, being a master of the kitchen helps with the planning skills as he has to properly plan how to utilize the available food supplies (which are limited), so that a nourishing meal a week would be enough. Therefore, the kitchen master's obligations are particularly important and highly demanding. In addition, other members of the community will also have to adjust to the proper nutritional habits - eating only at set times, and only in the kitchen. Food can not be moved from the kitchen, and no one can have any individual stocks.
